This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, provided the device has been used as directed.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
1. Accidents, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized alterations
2. Use with non-approved accessories or in ways not aligned with product instructions
3. Theft, loss, or cosmetic damage due to normal wear and tear
4. Service, disassembly, or repairs performed by anyone not authorized by Sunglo
5. Improper power supply, including use with incorrect voltage or current
To qualify for warranty service, you must be the original purchaser and provide proof of purchase from Sunglo or an authorized retailer.
