Our 30-Day Glo Guarantee: Love It or Return It

We’re confident you’ll love your Sunglo results — but if it’s not the right fit, no hard feelings. Try our Glo Wand for 30 days. If you don’t see the glo, return it for a full refund. A return request must be filed on or before 30 days starting the day you receive your order.

Just make sure your device is in the same working condition as when you received it, with all original parts and packaging included. Because glowing skin should come with peace of mind.

Please note - we do not accept returns on skincare products including but not limited to serums, lotions, topicals, etc.

Damage

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
