Your Sunglo devices are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your device malfunctions within this period, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge—just reach out to our team and we’ll take care of the rest.

No Warranty on Serums, Topicals, or Creams

Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, we do not offer warranties on serums, oils, creams, or other topical products. If you have any questions, our customer care team is always here to help.
