CAN I CLEAN MY EVERYDAY GLO WAND?

Absolutely! We recommend cleaning the Glo Wand with a gentle alcohol based wipe or damp cloth. Do not submerge the Glo Wand as that can cause malfunction and will void the warranty.

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Once processed, our shipping method will take 10 to 14 business days, although we strive to get you your goodies much faster!

We’re confident you’ll love your Sunglo results — but if it’s not the right fit, no hard feelings. Try our Glo Wand for 30 days. If you don’t see the glo, return it for a full refund. A return request must be filed on or before 30 days starting the day you receive your order.

Just make sure your device is in the same working condition as when you received it, with all original parts and packaging included. Because glowing skin should come with peace of mind.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

1. Accidents, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized alterations

2. Use with non-approved accessories or in ways not aligned with product instructions
3. Theft, loss, or cosmetic damage due to normal wear and tear

4. Service, disassembly, or repairs performed by anyone not authorized by Sunglo

5. Improper power supply, including use with incorrect voltage or current
